02Information for a return inquiry
Provide your purchase reference, the piece’s identification, the reason for your inquiry and a way to respond to you. If there is a defect or damage, photographs may help review the issue.
Keep your receipt and, where possible, the packaging. Before sending a piece, confirm the procedure and return address with Montreux LLC. Do not include full card details.
03Damaged or incorrect pieces
Nonconformity, damage or delivery errors must be reviewed according to the circumstances and applicable legal rights. Those rights do not depend on a commercial exclusion that has not yet been defined.
04Cancellations and refunds
If you need to cancel a purchase, notify us promptly. The response depends on the order’s status and applicable rights; this draft does not promise automatic cancellation.
Review periods, return shipping costs and the commercial refund procedure are awaiting confirmation. Approval of a return and receipt of funds may happen at different times depending on the payment provider and card issuer.
05Warranties
