01Free shipping within the United States

We ship to all 50 US states and Washington, DC. Shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal exceeds $100, before tax. International shipping is not currently available.

For orders of $100 or less, free store pickup is available. We do not add an unapproved shipping fee.

02Free pickup in Miami

1 NE 1st St, Mezzanine, Suite 160, Miami, FL 33132. Opening hours: 9 AM to 5 PM. Wait until your order is marked ready for pickup before visiting.

03Taxes

Applicable taxes appear separately in the total before payment. Miami pickup uses Florida state sales tax and Miami-Dade surtax. For deliveries in Florida, the surtax follows the delivery county and is subject to Florida’s per-item limit.

Based on Montreux LLC’s current tax registrations, this checkout collects sales tax in Florida. It does not collect that tax for deliveries outside Florida; this does not remove any applicable buyer use-tax obligations.

04Preparation and tracking

Estimated delivery depends on preparation and the carrier. No guaranteed delivery date is offered. Tracking will appear in your account when the order ships.

If we cannot meet the applicable shipment deadline, we will notify you of the delay so you can accept the revised deadline or cancel and receive the applicable refund.

05Delivery address

Check the recipient, street, apartment or suite, city, state and ZIP code before confirming. For Florida, select the county for that address. Contact us promptly if an order needs a correction.

06Delivery issues

If the piece arrives damaged, is incorrect or has a delivery issue, keep your receipt and photographs and contact Montreux LLC. Confirm the procedure before returning a piece.
