01Payment is completed through Square
When payments are enabled, the checkout button takes you to a Square-hosted payment page over HTTPS. Available payment methods are the ones Square displays for that transaction.
MONTREUX does not request or store your full card number or security code in the catalog. Square processes payment details under its own protection mechanisms. This information does not represent an independent certification of MONTREUX.
02Review the amount before paying
Check the pieces, quantities, currency, delivery information and amount shown before confirming. Item prices are verified on the server when the payment session is created. Pieces marked as samples cannot be purchased.
A Square test checkout is not a real charge. If payments are disabled, you cannot complete a purchase from the catalog.
03Confirmation and payment questions
When you return from checkout, MONTREUX checks the transaction status with Square. If you do not see confirmation, review your receipt or payment status with Square before trying again, to avoid making a duplicate purchase.
If you notice an unrecognized charge, contact your card issuer and notify Montreux LLC using the reference available to you, without sharing your full card details.
04Protection and precautions
Administrator access is restricted and Square connection credentials are stored encrypted. No system can guarantee absolute protection against every possible incident.
Enter payment details only in Square’s payment form. Do not send passwords, verification codes or card security codes in messages. If a link or request seems suspicious, do not proceed until it has been clarified.
