01How customers opt in
Customers call Montreux Jewelry at +17862449283. When a customer asks to receive information by text message, our phone assistant reads this exact disclosure and asks for a clear “yes” before any text is sent:
“By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS customer care messages from Montreux Jewelry about your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.”
For Spanish-speaking callers, the assistant reads the same disclosure in Spanish:
“Al darnos tu número, aceptas recibir mensajes de texto de atención al cliente de Montreux Jewelry sobre tu consulta. La frecuencia de mensajes varía. Pueden aplicarse tarifas de mensajes y datos. Responde STOP para darte de baja o HELP para ayuda.”
The customer’s answer is recorded with the call. Right after, a confirmation text is sent with the brand name, message frequency, rates, and HELP/STOP instructions. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
